HMP was recommended to me many years ago by a coll The Silverado I just took delivery of is the second vehicle I've purchased at Huron Motor Products. HMP was recommended to me many years ago by a colleague at Fanshawe College. When I was in the market for a new truck in 2009 I decided to give them a try. I had fantastic service from reception to sales to service. When I wanted a new truck I returned to HMP for the above reason's. I had my 09 GMC in for a service in the fall of 2017 and I was talking with Anne while I waited and I asked her if there was a salesperson I could talk to. She introduced me to Justin Parker and I asked if he could give me a ballpark trade-in value for my truck while I was there and he did. I went home and thought about it and a few days later contacted Justin to set up an appointment to price a new truck. From that point on most of my contact with Justin was by email as I was in Florida. Everything moved smoothly and Justin did an amazing job ensuring that my new truck was at the dealership waiting for me with all requested alterations completed when I returned from Florida. Once again I am completely satisfied with the reception, sales and service I have received at HMP. I am elated with my new truck and if I decide to purchase another on down the road I will return. It was as described and he delivered to me - that's service !! The next day I noticed that the spare tire was missing and once again it was taken care of in a timely manner. Unfortunately because of the distance I will not be able to use their service dept as if Justin is a sample of their team I am sure it would have been a good experience. I will definitely give Justin a call for my next vehicle. More
