Our sales person, Everett, came out to the parking area to greet and introduce himself to us. He proceeded to show us the various Encores we were interested in and then explained the differences between them. From the moment we decided to purchase a vehicle the process was completed quickly. We met with the sales manager Justin who completed the deal to our satisfaction. From there we met with Jessica in the finance department who was really pleasant and completed the business aspect quickly. Overall our experience was very good--everyone was exceptionally friendly and professional. We've dealt with Capital GM for over twenty-five years and will continue to be loyal customers due mainly to their exceptional customer service. I rate them a 5 out of 5! More

We have been in the market for a new truck for several months and although we didn't plan on purchasing until Jan 2015, there was a customized truck at Capital GMC that sparked our interest. We made and offer and although there was some miscommunication (around the price) before we sealed the deal, Justin and Matt went above and beyond to make sure we left as happy new truck owners. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days and so we wanted to post on here to make sure you know that Capital GMC truly does value their clients. They were all very down to earth, friendly and extremely professional. I don't believe we would have gotten better service anywhere else. Even my six year old son enjoyed the experience! We walked out of Capital with the car that we wanted at a fantastic price!! We will continue to purchase from Capital GMC and won't even waste our time looking elsewhere in the future. I am a shift worker and commute to work, I was driving a Cadillac CTS4 and with the oil field activity was starting to feel a little nervous meeting the big trucks doing Mach 90 on the highway. I started l Cadillac CTS4 and with the oil field activity was starting to feel a little nervous meeting the big trucks doing Mach 90 on the highway. I started looking at internet sites in Regina for a used truck and found a couple that I liked. I know Steph Morin, so I sent her an email about some of the vehicles on the internet site at Capital GM. Steph put me in contact with Justin Hoffert, who was more that willing to help. I drove to Capital GM and was met by the friendly receptionist that called Steph down to meet me and wait till Serey showed up, Justin was off that day. The 1st truck I was looking at was a Cadillac EXT, but this one didn't come through. I continued to watch the used section of the Capital GM site and came across a 2011 GMC Denali 1500. I gave Justin a call and we set up a time to come and take a look at the vehicle. Test drive was good and we did come to a deal, I bought the truck on a Monday and Justin said it would be ready for pick up on the Wednesday. Unfortunately, due to the weather one of the options that I had ordered for the truck did not make it in time for the Wednesday pickup. Justin called me and sent texts apologizing for the delay, the parts came in on the Friday. The parts and installation took the GM crew till closing on Friday to get the truck ready, a little disappointing. However, Justin called and Serey brought the truck to me, at work, in Weyburn. Justin again was very apologetic for the delay and made extra effort to make sure I had made a good choice with Capital GM. The truck had some minor flaws that Justin and the crew made right and followed with phone calls, texts and emails to make sure everything was good as far as I was concerned. Matt made the paper work easy and quick and explained every thing to me, even though I told him I done this many of times. He even gave my daughter change for a drink, because I didn't have any cash on me. To be honest at first with the delay on the promised delivery date and some of the flaws in the truck, I was considering the 30 day return policy. After speaking with Justin and him speaking with some of his higher ups, everything started falling into place. Now I would definitely recommend Capital GM, to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
