Great service and wonderful experience! My wife and I had a good idea of what we were looking for in a vehicle but wanted to make sure we got a good vehicle at a good price. We ended up looking at vehicles on the lot at Auto Gallery. It wasn't long after looking around on the lot that this smiley young man came and greeted us. After a few minutes of chit chat we went to his office and got down to business. Andrew made us feel very comfortable with his no pressure sales style. He asked the right questions to help us decide on a few cars that would suit our needs. Not once did Andrew even hint at asking us if we were ready to buy. He patiently asked how the ride was and if we were ready to test drive the next vehicle. After a few test drives we narrowed our selection down and purchased the vehicle that best suited our needs. Harvey the manager was also very willing to answer any questions we had while Andrew was busy looking after other customers. We were never rushed or pressured to make any decisions. We are from out of town and when the deal was done the staff stayed later to get the vehicle ready for us to take home that day. Upon delivery of the vehicle everything that was discussed was followed through by the great staff! Thank you very much Andrew and Harvey for making this buying experience a GREAT experience for us! When it came down to financing Jamie was also very easy to deal with. His knowledge and friendly approach was appreciated. We have already passed our positive experience on to our sons who are also looking for vehicles. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle. More

My amazing experience with the Auto Gallery Group When my husband and i visited the Auto Gallery we were not expecting a good experience because that is usually what we receive at every other dealers When my husband and i visited the Auto Gallery we were not expecting a good experience because that is usually what we receive at every other dealership we have visited. Emily of Auto Gallery helped us out with our visit and immediately she made us feel welcome. We were honest in telling her we lost our business a few years back and it had done its damage on our credit and we had no hopes of being approved for a new car but ours was giving out on us, i apologized that if it didn't go through i was sorry that we were wasting everyone's time. But she smiled and said of course not and at least were trying and they would help anyway possible. Auto Gallery stayed true to there word and Julie in their finance department got us approved for a very beautiful 2013 Gotta Have It Green Mustang ( My favorite Color ) the price and quality of not only the vehicle but the Auto Gallery and staff themselves is invaluable and we will only deal with Auto Gallery from this point on. I also grabbed Emily and hugged her when we received our car i was so happy and i still cant believe that i have a car this beautiful and its all thanks to the Auto Gallery and their amazing staff.
