Great Sales and Service I was looking for a newer vehicle after my car was totaled in an accident on January 13th/17. I looked around on the internet and made a few calls to various dealerships and ended up speaking with Julie Baryla about some different financing options. Julie was great to work with, very prompt, professional and completely on my side trying to find me the best deal for me. When arriving at Auto gallery I was set up with Quinton Tomalin as a sales person. he greeted me with a friendly smile and outgoing personality. He had the vehicle I requested to test drive ready for me to hop in and drive. It was a very cold day when we were looking for a vehicle and Quinton went to their other dealership space to bring me another vehicle I picked out to test drive. This vehicle was frozen into the ground and he and a few others got it free for me to test drive if I wanted. I had test driven the first vehicle and loved it! Quinton had to come back over to where I was and do the paperwork with me. he explained everything to me thoroughly and had my vehicle ready to go that same evening. He came out to the vehicle again, set up my phone to the Bluetooth for me and asked me if I needed anything to be explained inside the vehicle. He has since booked my vehicle in to get a command start put in, and a couple of paint scratches touched up. During this time he has secured a loaner vehicle for me. I would recommend this dealership and Quinton to anyone looking for an honest, caring salesperson. More

Get into my truck and while enroute to work the windshield defrost - fan/blower decides to quit unexpectedly. I turn around knowing that my best go to place is Auto gallery staff persons and the owner Dan Gagnon. Sure enough they welcomed me with their usual professional approach, rolled my truck into their service repair shop even though they were busy - gave me a coffee, a smile, a comfy waiting room & said 'Let us take a look'. Less than a 30 minute wait they had me in a loaner car and said 'see you later -we hope to have your truck fixed by end of day. And, they did just that. By 6:00 p.m. I had my truck back in good repair. I always invest in the full warranty when I purchase my vehicles from Auto Gallery. Julie and John are experts at providing all the information I needed, and Darryl and Nathan made it very easy to make my purchase decision as well as get me back on the road in my new car.
