As we are from out of the city and coming back in would be a big pain. In the next weeks we found out how good Larry groom really was. Our vehicle developed some air suspension issues that was not covered under warranty. I called Larry about this and he said they would take care of the bill. That was huge for us because it was quite expensive and we were really stressing about it. The whole time Larry kept contacting us to make sure it was fixed. I really appreciate all they have done to make our vehicle purchase a positive experience. I would strongly recommend auto gallary and Larry to anyone. Above and beyond service! My wife and I have dealt with Auto Gallery of Winnipeg (3777 Portage location) for several years and we have purchased four vehicles through them and My wife and I have dealt with Auto Gallery of Winnipeg (3777 Portage location) for several years and we have purchased four vehicles through them and referred friends and family to them in our time. The reason we keep coming back?? Our first experience was several years ago with a young Nathan Stefanson who was just getting started in the business and now is in management there. There was never any pressure there to purchase a vehicle and they afforded us every courtesy and answered every question we may have had while we were considering purchasing a vehicle there. We were most recently there and dealing with Darryl Koch as our salesman. He too was extremely easygoing and willing to show us as many vehicles as we liked in order to make a conscientious decision. We wound up with the Kia Sorento in the picture but this is where the story gets interesting. The Kia had a problem that would not rear it's ugly head until it had been driven/warmed up for a while and therefore was not noticed by their mechanics nor myself on my test drives. Obviously, because this had happened within a week of me purchasing the vehicle I brought it back to Auto Gallery to have it looked at. They sent it to Kia for a diagnosis and they recommended a complete engine replacement with no warranty coverage due to mistreatment of previous unknown owner not following warranty recommendations blah, blah, blah. Darryl informed Nathan of all the troubles that were ensuing and Nathan informed us that Kia was not prepared to repair the vehicle under warranty and it would be at my cost. Nathan then decided to search for a Kia Sorento of the same year, color, mileage and spec.'s as the one we had just bought. He found one and purchased it and sold it to us for the identical cost as the first Kia. This one had an aftermarket command start as an extra bonus. The whole process of this Kia Sorento purchase took approximately one month from start to finish and Auto Gallery supplied us with an interim vehicle while the whole thing was going on. It is for these reasons that we have continued to shop for vehicles at Auto Gallery and will more than likely continue to do so in the future. Nathan, Darryl and Julie went "above and beyond" to ensure customer satisfaction and to ensure the name "Auto Gallery of Winnipeg" is synonymous with reliability and competence. And yes..., this is a real review by a real customer. More

But to our surprise Auto Gallery of Winnipeg wasn’t like the rest. The fees were transparent and the deal was easy to understand. Really, what they put on their ads is what you’d get. An honest and trustworthy company with genuinely caring sales people and very helpful finance officers! When the suv that we bought from the other dealership got written off, we immediately contacted Quinton again to ask for help in getting another one, and he didn’t let us down! He was patient and understanding and assisted us until we found our Jeep Cherokee. Julie went above and beyond in helping us to get preapproved for another loan that would work for us.
