Although I had purchased my last two Caddies with another dealer I'd had them serviced at Budd's in Oakville - great service team there with Jim, Juan and Caitlin - big two-thumbs up to them - always made my service visits pleasant. Decided to turn to Budd's this time for my new car. Budd's helped me out and went the extra 100 miles to make things work Thanks! More

I have been a manager in the past for over 15 years in the retail sector and know excellent customer service when I receive it . I This is one of many positive experiences I have had dealing with the service department at Budd's and in particular the service advisor Juan Orozco. In this case I had a 'low tire pressure' message and took the vehicle into Budd's for service. The tire had a nail puncture and ultimately had to be replaced. I had forgotten that I had purchased warranty coverage for the tires but Juan, on his own initiative, remebered this and confirmed that I had replacement coverage! This was great news and without Juan's help I wouldn't have been able to take advantage of it. More

I was having issues with my old car and Juan, who is not only knowledgeable but also amazing, did not hesitate when asked to give an honest opinion regarding my car situation. He introduced me to his colleague Kathryn who was also so helpful, amazing and assisted me find a newer and reliable vehicle. I felt so comfortable having her help me that it didn't even feel like a sale! Rob was great as well! He assisted me in finding a lender for my new vehicle. If you're looking for a dealership where you get the best service and won't let feel like you're anything less - from service to sales to finance.. Look no further, Budd's Chev is your bet! I can't stress how thankful I am that I purchased my car from them. They have been nothing but awesome throughly! Last week, I was due for my first service and yet again, I received the same level of service as my previous visits. Juan was so helpful and though It was busy in service, he even took the time out to answer all my questions I had regarding my new vehicle and even told me that any time I have a question, to just give him a call. Nowadays, you don't get that level of service from just anywhere. He was even able to have one of my car issues fixed on the same day! Kudos to the Budd's Chev team! You guys are amazing! More
