First New Car Purchase Experience I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport AWD Premium 2014 from Toronto Hyundai with the help of Joseph and his team. This is my first brand new car. The ex I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport AWD Premium 2014 from Toronto Hyundai with the help of Joseph and his team. This is my first brand new car. The experience was above my expectation. Joseph was always on time with his communication and follow-ups. He was very helpful when it came to negotiating the price. Best of all the entire purchase was pressure free. He advised me what are the options that are available to me but never pressured me to take any options that I did not want to take. He also worked with Brandon Blacker to give me a good deal on my trade in. Also thanks to Michael Smith for a smooth financing application. Lawrence Lam was very sweet and worked to get us into the car we wanted and within our budget. Leo Huang the finance manager was a treat to deal with as well. he made the finance end of it enjoyable and I respect the fact that he was honest and upfront. I liked that fact that although he offered us packages for various things (tires, extended warranty) that he didn't pressure us into anything and that he was a rep that cared about making the customer happy and didn't try to make a fast buck. I have been driving a truck for the last few years but for the last year or so haven't been using it as a truck. So in an effort to save money on fuel I went looking for a new car. I decided to buy new for the last year or so haven't been using it as a truck. So in an effort to save money on fuel I went looking for a new car. I decided to buy new (for the warranty that comes along with it) since I no longer want to have to worry about working on my own vehicle but since this was a cost driven purchase I was looking at the lower priced vehicles. I told every manufacturer the same thing… I want a hatchback (for the storage) and it has to be standard. I wasn't picky about anything else. I was willing to drive with no features at all if it got me into a car for not much money. I had narrowed it down to an Accent and a competitor's car. But this is when Toronto Hyundai earned the sale… they found me a car that matched all my criteria. They had actually listened haha. They called me up and said they'd found a Veloster, 2012, used. I'd like to point out that this wasn't a pushy sales call. One of my favourite things about these guys is that they weren't pushy at all. I was dreading this experience 'cause that's what I was expecting. These guys were great! So they called and told me about the Veloster and I said no, I don't want the fuel consumption of a sports car and I want something new. He said, I know...It's based off the accents engine so the fuel economy is great and since Hyundai does a 5 year warranty where the competitor only does 3 this car had more warranty left then if I bought something new somewhere else. And of course it's manual and a hatchback. So I went in twice to test drive it, and on the second visit told them i'd take it. I just went up to blue mountain for the weekend… it fit all our gear and the mileage was between 5.9 and 6.1 L/100km the entire time… and that's with the snow tires still on! So that's why i'm so pleased… they knew better then I did what I wanted 'cause they listened to me. My Veloster has more features then anything i've ever driven. I'm not worried at all about the 20,000km it already has, that's nothing at all. It's nicer then the competitor vehicle I was looking at, has more warranty and cost thousands less. Joseph and Brandon were amazing throughout the entire process and Lawrence and Benjamin got involved a bit too and were great. I really couldn't be more pleased with the process and how it turned out. I'm loving this car! More

It took me six months of research to determine what new car would replace my 8 year old Nissan Murano. After extensive research (primary and secondary), I had my short list: Hyundai Sante Fe Sport, Acura car would replace my 8 year old Nissan Murano. After extensive research (primary and secondary), I had my short list: Hyundai Sante Fe Sport, Acura RDX, and the Audi Q5. My intention was to lease a car (for the first time - i usually buy my cars for cash). I would not have guessed that Hyundai brand would have been on my short list, but there i was sitting across from Rick Blacker discussing the Hyundai Sante Fe Sport Limited. Let me tackle the brand first: i am so happy (thus far) with my choice of Hyundai. Yes - Hyundai based on the value of the car and what i got for my dollars...Fingers crossed that Hyundai will live up to the expectations related to quality (so far so good). And now for the dealership - Toronto Hyundai. I can't say enough about how easy they made it for me to make my car selection, pick up my new vehicle, their follow-up, etc. I found Rick, his son Brandon, and all other staff that i dealt with to be refreshingly honest, straightforward, helpful - people i wanted to do business with in purchasing the car, and most importantly, people i could see myself establishing a long term relationship with regarding servicing my vehicle (finally - after a long stretch of disappointment from Nissan dealerships in Toronto area)! I highly recommend both the make, Hyundai and most importantly the dealership. And i consider myself an exacting customer!
