I had the opportunity to test drive the vehicle I was interested in, and Russell was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. I really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the entire process, especially when explaining the paperwork. At no point did I feel pressured into purchasing the vehicle, which made the experience much more comfortable and enjoyable. Jonathan was also great to work with during the financing and final paperwork process. He was professional, helpful, and never attempted to upsell me on products or warranties I didn’t need. Elkins Chevrolet Excelled in one area of my car buying experience, and that was Taking my money. Elkins dealership is also great at sending Extremely important BLANK Purchase documents via E-mail....... experience, and that was Taking my money. Elkins dealership is also great at sending Extremely important BLANK Purchase documents via E-mail.......BLANK!!! Their salespeople also REFUSE to provide paper copies of Carfax and Car-Bravo documents when requested by potential buyers, then, said salesperson NEVER sent the Promised e-mail of the copies of Carfax and Car-Bravo documents. They were AWFULLY Excited and Quick to take my money though. And let's not forget, my wife and I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours and 20 minutes to get 4 tires changed....Wow. More
