Elkins dealership is also great at sending Extremely important BLANK Purchase documents via E-mail....... experience, and that was Taking my money. Their salespeople also REFUSE to provide paper copies of Carfax and Car-Bravo documents when requested by potential buyers, then, said salesperson NEVER sent the Promised e-mail of the copies of Carfax and Car-Bravo documents. They were AWFULLY Excited and Quick to take my money though. And let's not forget, my wife and I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours and 20 minutes to get 4 tires changed....Wow. More
