Excellent staff in all departments. The only problem with this purchase of a brand new vehicle was Chevy corporate and making it so hard to access there loyalty programs and incentives. This Dealership and staff from top to bottom are absolute the best. Honest and open to work with you in any situation. They are good folks (Russ Stamm/Bob Borman) who do not pull the wool over your eyes as others will and no pressure at all to buy. The service and quick answers are fantastic. A few days ago, we were in a really bad spot. Our 2017 Kia Sedona was having engine problems and we did not have a lot of options, and were limited on how much we could pay, but we needed a good, Our 2017 Kia Sedona was having engine problems and we did not have a lot of options, and were limited on how much we could pay, but we needed a good, reliable car with enought room for us as well as all three of our children. I can truly saw that Adam, Andrew, Geuri, and Lisa all moved mountains to help make our selection affordable for us, as well as showing us grace with our Kia we had to trade in. We are very humbled and grateful for the exceptional service we received at Elkins Chevrolet. We will be continuing to visit this location for future service on our new 2020 Chevy Traverse.
