I will stand by my guys at Elkins Chevy in Marlton. My car has been having a constant issue with the Onstar system since Nov of 2025. Every time I’ve brought it in to service they have accommodated me, My car has been having a constant issue with the Onstar system since Nov of 2025. Every time I’ve brought it in to service they have accommodated me, and tried their best to diagnose the issue. Even though it’s almost May, and I’m still having the same issue, they are consistent with trying their best to fix it. Rich is AMAZING! He always gives me the best advice and listens to my frustration with GM as a company, but also accommodates me with priority! I appreciate that. These guys truly love their job, and have the best customer service. I will be getting a new vehicle and it’s because of the guys in service that I will be sticking with Chevy.
