The sales service was great at Elkins. I saw a truck online that had just come in so there was no pictures of it yet. I spoke with Bill, he showed me the truck & explained the benefits of the Certified Pre-owned truck. He streamlined the process by starting the paperwork & financing while i was at work so the process was extremely smooth. I was in and out off the dealership in less than 2 hours including test drive and everything. I would highly recommend this family owned dealership as I will be returning on any future purchases.
