I had a BAD experince at Nissan.they had sold me a 2013 vehicle Marano.the salesman told me it was FULLY loaded with heated & cooling seating which he knew I really wanted.when Icouldn't find how the cooli vehicle Marano.the salesman told me it was FULLY loaded with heated & cooling seating which he knew I really wanted.when Icouldn't find how the cooling seats worked I called the salesman and he then informed me that it didn't come with cooling seats.Nissan would do nothing to compensate me for their sales person s mistake.I went over to Capital Ford and the experience was totally unbelieveable.They were very freindly & proffesional& most important I'm driving a limited edtion 2013 Lincoln I love it & it has heated & cooling seats.NISSAN should maybe take some lessons from these people.Thanks so much Jonathan. There was never any pressure to make a decision or buy, even though we took several months to research and compare various other vehicles and dealerships. Jon and his crew did a great job helping get us into a new vehicle. At first we were not quite comfortable with the payment price they came up with but they worked with us on making it a much more achieva new vehicle. At first we were not quite comfortable with the payment price they came up with but they worked with us on making it a much more achievable bi-weekly payment. We had great service through Capital and found we were always greeted promptly when we arrived. Jon stayed in contact with us all the way through the sale, from when we were "Just looking", right up until today (a full week after we bought) in checking how things were going with our new truck and seeing if we had any questions about our new vehicle. I would recommend Jon Barabash to anyone I know that is looking to get themselves a vehicle! More
