Jon and his crew did a great job helping get us into a new vehicle. At first we were not quite comfortable with the payment price they came up with but they worked with us on making it a much more achieva new vehicle. We had great service through Capital and found we were always greeted promptly when we arrived. Jon stayed in contact with us all the way through the sale, from when we were "Just looking", right up until today (a full week after we bought) in checking how things were going with our new truck and seeing if we had any questions about our new vehicle. The communication during the sales process and more importantly after the sales process has been great. All of the post sales items like starters, spray liners, box covers...etc has all been managed and handled by Jonathan and their team and I never felt sluffed off to a parts department...etc. Their product knowledge was A+ and they take the time with the customer to make sure that when you drive away you understand all of the features of the vehicle.
