I just recently purchased a new F150 Fx4 from Jonathan & Adrien and had a fantastic sales experience. The communication during the sales process and more importantly after the sales process has been great. All of the post sales items like starters, spray liners, box covers...etc has all been managed and handled by Jonathan and their team and I never felt sluffed off to a parts department...etc. Their product knowledge was A+ and they take the time with the customer to make sure that when you drive away you understand all of the features of the vehicle. We had dealt with Jonathon in 2011 when purchasing our Ford Escape, so when we were looking for a new truck it was an easy decision to go back to him. I went into Capital looking to trade in my KIA. When I got there I was greeted by Jon, and right away he made sure he knew what I was looking for and in what price range, as well as he made the process as got there I was greeted by Jon, and right away he made sure he knew what I was looking for and in what price range, as well as he made the process as stress free as possible. We weighrd all my options and which vehicle would be the best fit. After much talking and debate, and dealing with Adrien and Brittany with all the financing, I got the car of my dreams.
