I had been looking for a used car for quite awhile, and was actually going to buy one at a different dealership the day I ended up buying from Capital GMC, but the vehicle wouldn't start and I left disappointed. A family member that was with me, just bought from Capital and had great service with Mario, so brought me there to look. Though there were only a couple vehicles that were in my low budget, I still received great service even though I wasn't planning on spending a lot. The vehicle I got, ended up costing more than what I had planned to spend on a car, but it was a pretty good price for the great car I was getting, and was/is worth it in the long run. I only rated good for overall because I found out from a third party that there were a couple things needing fixed on the car. When i took it back to capital, they had already known about it, and must have just been an oversight that I was able to drive off the lot before it got fixed. I had no problems at all getting everything fixed at Capital GMC after I spoke to them about it, and of course there were no charges to me. More

I have been looking for a newer vehicle for a while and a lot of the dealerships don't even acknowledge you when you walk in the door or the entire time you are inside looking around. At Capital GMC, I was g lot of the dealerships don't even acknowledge you when you walk in the door or the entire time you are inside looking around. At Capital GMC, I was greeted right away and treated with the upmost respect. I was not treated any differently or talked down to because I was a female. Everyone was willing to help me, were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. It was like walking into visit family & not a car dealership. I also like that the sales people are willing to work together to help each other make a sale. Now that the sale is done I don't feel I will be treated any differently and I feel that I can call and ask questions without being belittled like I was at the last dealership I used. The people at Capital GMC are willing to help you no matter what and in a very respectful way. More

Every time I've walked in to this dealership I felt welcomed and at ease. Smiling faces and helpful staff that are not pushy was common.
