Having so much trouble with 2011 Chevy Cruze. Spoke to Jona McLeod about what he could do to qualify me for a Buick Verano which was a rental vehicle being used while Cruze being repaired. Everyone was awesome and really helpful, especially my sales guy, Mario, who was really patient with me and wasn't interested in selling me something that I really couldn't afford just to get a better sal sales guy, Mario, who was really patient with me and wasn't interested in selling me something that I really couldn't afford just to get a better sale. I had been looking for a used car for quite awhile, and was actually going to buy one at a different dealership the day I ended up buying from Capital GMC, but the vehicle wouldn't start and I left disappointed. A family member that was with me, just bought from Capital and had great service with Mario, so brought me there to look. Though there were only a couple vehicles that were in my low budget, I still received great service even though I wasn't planning on spending a lot. The vehicle I got, ended up costing more than what I had planned to spend on a car, but it was a pretty good price for the great car I was getting, and was/is worth it in the long run. I only rated good for overall because I found out from a third party that there were a couple things needing fixed on the car. When i took it back to capital, they had already known about it, and must have just been an oversight that I was able to drive off the lot before it got fixed. I had no problems at all getting everything fixed at Capital GMC after I spoke to them about it, and of course there were no charges to me. More

I have been looking for a newer vehicle for a while and a lot of the dealerships don't even acknowledge you when you walk in the door or the entire time you are inside looking around. At Capital GMC, I was g lot of the dealerships don't even acknowledge you when you walk in the door or the entire time you are inside looking around. At Capital GMC, I was greeted right away and treated with the upmost respect. I was not treated any differently or talked down to because I was a female. Everyone was willing to help me, were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. It was like walking into visit family & not a car dealership. I also like that the sales people are willing to work together to help each other make a sale. Now that the sale is done I don't feel I will be treated any differently and I feel that I can call and ask questions without being belittled like I was at the last dealership I used. The people at Capital GMC are willing to help you no matter what and in a very respectful way. More

Every time I've walked in to this dealership I felt welcomed and at ease. Smiling faces and helpful staff that are not pushy was common. I felt like they just wanted me to make a decision that was ri welcomed and at ease. Smiling faces and helpful staff that are not pushy was common. Jona was very friendly and able to process all the paper work quickly.He answered all my question regarding extended warranties,various loan options. These three made the purchasing of my Terrain stress free and a pleasent experience... Because customer service is important to me I will be recommending Dennis,Mona,Jona and Capital to my friends....Thanks again for a great experience.... More
