Frequent check-ins by Rohan Alexander along with an enjoyable walk with him to the finance department was appreciated. Otany Lantigua took the time to listen and perfectly matched the features of the vehicle to my needs. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured, I however did not feel the same way when I met with a Finance employee G U. The initial interaction was off to a great start but it soured when I declined a pre paid service package.. Nevertheless I will not allow my overall experience to be dampened by an isolated incident. Now looking forward to the next phase of ownership which will be interactions with the Service team. I would strongly recommend this dealership and of course, John, Rohan and Otany More
