There was some mix up when they told us our truck was in, it was the wrong one so we had to wait a couple more weeks for the right one to come. We were disappointed to find out our salesman had left the dealership and hadn't let us know who to call for information regarding our vehicle. The vehicle came in and it met my full expectations, we were also introduced to our new salesperson, Jon Dreger. Jon is a great guy and we couldn't have been happier. The personal service of all the department employees that Jon introduced us to was beyond our expectations. We will be quite happy and confident to return to this dealership for whatever service we require. More

Due to the fact that so many different people from Capital helped with one individual vehicle sale, this experience was a complete and total success. It is extremely tough to find an SUV with 4x4 and absolutely NO leather. Even more difficult is the fact that it has to be a Jeep. But these lovely folks did it because it was important to me. Thank you for going to such lengths to find my perfect vehicle (especially when I'm so picky!) and getting me a lower interest rate to boot. I definitely tell my friends and family that they need to come see you guys whenever they are in the market for new (or used) wheels. People would be silly to shop[ anywhere else. After dealing with Megan Wetherill after inquiring online, an appointment was set up with Jon to view the truck i was inquiring about. Everything with as smoothly as i could have hoped. I was looking at trucks at other dealerships and my wife had decided to fa I was very happy and impressed with the incredible service i had from Jon. I was looking at trucks at other dealerships and my wife had decided to face book Jon and see what he had that was comparable. Load and behold he had responded within minutes to her and told us to come on down that he had a truck that was close to what we are looking for and that we should come see it. Jon took me for a test drive and he was great! He knew what he was selling and answered any questions I had. I recommend Jon to anybody who wants a very nice, professional, non-pushy salesman that will gives you his full attention and time. Everyone I had met and helped me at Capital GMC are all very professional and knowledgeable in their expertise. Thank you!!!!! P.S Special thanks to Dan Broderick in ensuring that i was satisfied.
