It was worth the drive from Niagara Falls Last Saturday was our very first visit ever to Ontario Chrysler in Mississauga. Coming from Niagara Falls, the dealership even stayed open late for my Last Saturday was our very first visit ever to Ontario Chrysler in Mississauga. Coming from Niagara Falls, the dealership even stayed open late for myself and my family that day. Not many places would have done so. Our sales associate John Walker was very welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and met our needs with a great deal on a 2016 Chrysler Town & Country minivan . The Finance Manager Usman Akbar was just as helpful in explaining the financial terms and extended warranty package to us as well. We are happy with the purchase that we made. We will definitely tell our friends and family back in Niagara about the great experience that we received from Ontario Chrysler and hopefully send more business your way. He was friendly, informative, professional, knew the products inside and out, listened to what we were looking for, made suggestions, was NOT pushy at all!! All the staff were great! A member of the team even gave my 11 month old son a little toy dinosaur. John spent over an hour going over all of the features of the 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk we purchased. He made sure we were completely comfortable before we drove away. We will revisit John and the team at this dealership in the future for sure! New Jeep Sales and Finance were very friendly and helpful. I was very disappointed in the delivery cleanliness of the vehicle and the scratches on the door whi Sales and Finance were very friendly and helpful.
