Our experience with them was bad. Joshua, our sales person, took us for a car drive and that’s it. Mr. Finn signed me up for policies I didn't want. I told Mr. Finn and later Mr. Kraiza and then Mr.Rosario to cancel these policies since I am covered by my insurance . Nothing was sent so I had to cancel them myself and I included the dealership. I have asked Glen Toyota to show me what paperwork they sent to cancel these policies, I have as yet to receive anything except the emails I sent myself. I kept trying to settle this matter by going up the chain in command where I spoke to Mr. Rosario, one of the heads of the sales department. And more issues came, I asked for the transparency of my registration and other filing fees . And I got the answer, we are not here to take your money by Mr. Rosario. In this dealership , 2 of the 3 men I dealt raised their voices to me, when I asked for transparency of expenses. I was told they would send confirmation of their efforts to cancel these policies and nothing was send . And in the end, I also got a state inspection dated May 16, 2024 , six days prior to the date I received it May 22, 2024. I couldn’t get an inspection appointment till the 3rd of soon, so I unfortunately have to drive with an expired inspection sticker. I have included their overall manager Mr. Raland and I have yet to hear from him. More
