Great experience This was my first BMW purchase and it was a great overall experience. Lorenzo was very polite and easy to work worth. They even notified my insurance This was my first BMW purchase and it was a great overall experience. Lorenzo was very polite and easy to work worth. They even notified my insurance company of the change, which is something I'm used to having to do myself when I purchased new cars from other dealerships. I had no trouble selecting a car from Otto's significant inventory, which was detailed and ready for me to pick up the next day! More

Ethan Lilly provided world class support in helping us through the experience. He took us around showed us a number of different cars and displayed a great degree of knowledge as he was able to answer all of our questions. He was also very transparent and honest in providing feedback and we felt he was sincere in helping us buy a new car and not just push a BMW on us. He was courteous and professional throughout. We were able to agree on a fair price with very little haggling and the financing work was seamless. Will definitely be purchasing BMW's in the future and would highly recommend Otto's BMW as the dealer to fulfill your needs. Also would give Ethan 5 stars and will be referring all of our friends and family to him. Thank you! More
