So we stopped by AutoGallery on Portage Ave., on a Saturday looking for a used truck. We saw a guy coming toward us, thinking he was also looking for a vehicle. But the guy was Steve, one of the salesman at AutoGallery. His casualness,friendliness and ability to listen to what we wanted, was so welcoming and exactly what we wanted. We had been to numerous 'dealers' and found the 'feel' there uncomfortable and phony! Steve was soooooooo...... patient with us as we hadn't purchased a vehicle since 2007 and were kinda anxious about the car buying experience. Long story short, we traded in our vehicle and bought a mint condition truck, that was within our budget!! We really can't say enough about Auto Gallery, from the first day looking, to the day of finally deciding on the truck we bought. Jaime and John in financing were awesome to work with and were sooooo accomadating. I knew before showing up that I wanted I started my search for my very first big car purchase at auto gallery due to the low prices I seen on Kijiji. I knew before showing up that I wanted a Honda civic, I just wasn't sure what type. After a short chat with one of the sales guys (Andrew Franco) I knew he was very knowledgeable and experienced with Honda. He got me out for a test drive right away in the exact car I was looking for and had another one prepped and ready for me as soon as I got back. He knew all the fuel economy and statistics for the cars off the top of his head and I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. After I decided to make the purchase, I spoke with John Harland who walked me through all the steps and numbers I needed to know and explained the process in a way that was easy to understand. 10/10 For all first time car buyers I highly recommend auto gallery. More
