He did not mind the treats (and offered more snacks!) or the toys being brought into his office from the playroom off the main lobby. We did ask about getting a lower price than advertised for the vehicle, although we knew it was a good deal to begin with, so we weren't surprised when the answer was no. However we did get a good deal on our trade-in so we're not complaining. More

Instead of using pressure tactics like the previous dealerships we walked into he gave us the ability to be confident in buying the vehicle that we chose. His knowledge of the Nissan Rogue that we purchased was impressive as he was able to tell us the differences between the other model trims on the lot and the 2011 model we had owned previously. This was a stark contrast to the many manufacture specific dealerships who would have to make us wait and check their product knowledge sheets to confirm differences between trim levels and models. John the finance manager was great at handling things on his end in regards to interests rate and payments. He made us feel comfortable by answering all of our financing questions and by being transparent and honest with us. The combination of service, knowledge, and genuine customer care was evident in every interaction we had at Auto Gallery and we couldn't be happier with our decision buying from them. More

The car was in mint condition, less then 950 k's on it. Not only was the price and product great, but they worked their best to accommodate the payments I was hoping for and the trade in value for my vehicle was more then reasonable. Everyone was very genuine and very nice to work with. On top of this they offer incentives for return or referencing customers; we had certain perks thrown in complimentary. I couldn't recommend Auto Gallery more as Winnipeg's #1 dealership. Don't waste time in checking them out (and please use me as your reference ;) )! More

I was happy to see it was at Autogallery, because my family has bought several cars from them with good results. I got to experience that for myself and they even delivered beyond what we agreed on. Gilles showed me how to drive stick shift, and it felt like he wasn't concerned about making a sale, but helping me get comfortable with it if I wanted to buy it. Due to scheduling I dealt with the entire financial team and they were all helpful in deciding how to pay for it. Overall it was a great experience. More
