Why I go to Klaben Klaben has always been my choice of dealerships to get service. I moved to Georgia 4 years ago and must get my services done at my local dealership bu Klaben has always been my choice of dealerships to get service. I moved to Georgia 4 years ago and must get my services done at my local dealership but I do not get the service that Klaben provides. I set an appointment for my last visit to Ohio and purchased my new tires from Klaben in Kent! Thank you Mike and all the service department for your consistent top notch service. Your service department is what made me purchase from you instead of my local dealership. Not many people would drive to Ohio to purchaase tires ! Just shows how well you are treated. Thank you ! More

2015 Focus Hello....My daughter had her car towed in on Saturday morning and needed a loaner ASAP because she was in a wedding and needed to get there early. We Hello....My daughter had her car towed in on Saturday morning and needed a loaner ASAP because she was in a wedding and needed to get there early. We drove up to Klaben's service dept. after the car was towed and it was a team effort to get her back on the road. Thanks to Anthony, Mike, Kyle, Joe and Loretta, she was on her way very soon and I stayed and finished the paperwork. Thank you to all! More

2017 Escape Taylor Bob Paytas is a salesman's salesman. A little bit of BS, a lot of facts, but in the end a sincere business approach. The service via Joe French, of Bob Paytas is a salesman's salesman. A little bit of BS, a lot of facts, but in the end a sincere business approach. The service via Joe French, of course, gives Bob a head start since the service department at Klaben is superior to most. All in all buying a car at Klaben is a pleasant experience with the exception of the time consumed signing paperwork. More
