Good experience buying my new vehicle. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to consider trading in our Ford Explorer for a new model. Was greeted by Joe Bellian and He walked us through our needs and matched us up with the new Explorer that had everything on it we required. Trade in value with incentives got us to pull the trigger on the Purchase that afternoon. We are loyal to Klaban Ford because of the Service Dept. and our long time Service Advisor Joe French. He has helped us service our last Five Ford vehicles. We trust him and have always been well taken care of by Mr. French. More

Unable to fix the problem Brought my 2016 Ford Escape in due to "engine failure" message. The car has 30,000 miles on it... way to early to be having major problems. They replaced the engine throttle mechanism and assured me everything was o.k. Two weeks later, while in PA with my family and four hours away -- same message and problem. This is the second car I've purchased from Klaben. Both have been unreliable and had major problems in the first year or two and required many visits to get them working. More
