Just Me and My Dealer Car dealerships/service departments sometimes get a bad rap. Those who are loud and negative get all the space while those of us who are satisfied nev Car dealerships/service departments sometimes get a bad rap. Those who are loud and negative get all the space while those of us who are satisfied never think to say anything. Well, I would like to thank Klaben Ford for all the service and personal help I have gotten. I have my new Lincoln because my salesman thought of me and knew it would be a good match for me. The service department has always taken care of my vehicles to my total satisfaction. This dealership is my car family. Thanks to all of you. More

Accurate and relaxing and trustworthy experience! I've always gotten much more service than I'd expected with personable and professional explanations and recommendations. This is the second Ford Esc I've always gotten much more service than I'd expected with personable and professional explanations and recommendations. This is the second Ford Escape I've gotten through Klaben and I view myself a "Klaben Girl" now and in the future! I'm in my second Ford Escape now due to the excellent sales and maintenance service I received in Klaben and although I live in Cleveland, it's well worth the drive to Ken, Ohio for the peace of mind and security that my car is being serviced by the best!
