I had an appointment for an oil change. I was informed that my truck had an oil leak, coming from the valve covers. Joe French made arrangements for me to get a rental vehicle since my tr I was informed that my truck had an oil leak, coming from the valve covers. Joe French made arrangements for me to get a rental vehicle since my truck work was going to take several days. After I got home, the service tech sent me a video of the work that needed done. The work was done sooner than expected and everything seems to be in good order. I'm glad the problem was diagnosed early.....I'm also glad I purchased an extended warranty for my truck. This job alone made it worthwhile. Joe French is a trustworthy guy who I trust whenever my truck goes in for service. More
