Robert Chodorowski is my SA, and we’ve been working with him for a few years now. Such a pleasure to partner with him from designing our vehicle, all the way through delivery. A seriously great guy! In addition, I had the pleasure of working with Bob (GM), Karl (Sales GM), Alan (Sales MGR), Toby (Genius) and Joe (Finance MGR). Each welcomed us well and made us feel like family throughout the process. I will not buy from another dealership so long as these folks are around, period. Really solid leadership team and they are very customer focused. thanks I’m fortunate to have them close enough to my home. Big thanks to Robert and the crew, we love our new car. The service area never returns calls unless I call them and the issue continues to be back ordered parts from Germany? More

Karl efforts to locate a car that fit all my requirements and have it delivered quickly was greatly appreciated. He was communicative in the entire process and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I arrived in town late in the day for pick up and Steve stayed after hours to make sure the car was detailed and spotless And ready to go. He was fun to speak with on all subjects of BMWs, and he ensured that the pick up went smoothly and had prepped all the paperwork prior to my arrival so it got done quickly when I arrived. He was awesome to work with and you could see the care he put in to making the experience of picking up my new BMW a wonderful one. I spoke with Joe for the finance aspect and he was also wonderful to be all with and supplied all the information and pricing on all the features and programs I had questions regarding. All in all I had a great experience with this team. They love BMWs, love to learn and talk about them and enjoy selling them. And I am very very happy with my new M2C!! More

What a deal and what a dealer! I drove for four hours to purchase this car because they had the exact vehicle that I had been searching for at an incredible price. As I drove to Tampa, I did not know that I would receive five-star treatment from the sales team. I spoke with Tom before I made the 200 mile dive to see the car. He was more than helpful. He sent me additional photos of the truck with his phone to help answer any questions that I had after looking at all of the photos that were posted online. He got me a wonderful trade-in value for my current car and honored any online price drops offers that I had received from online search sites. After my long drive, he had the vehicle prepared and waiting for my test drive. While I was waiting to meet with Joe, the financial manager, Tom took me to an elegant waiting room where I was provide with refreshments while I relaxed in the massage chair. Joe prepared all of the paperwork as quickly as possible and both Joe and Tom worked past closing time so that I could make the drive back home after I purchased the vehicle.
