The receptionist was expecting me and Gary had the vehicle that I inquired about prepped and ready for me to test drive. As a salesman, Gary was terrific and explained things thoroughly to both myself and my wife. He always addressed BOTH of us by our first names which was a nice added touch. Joe was also friendly and pleasant to deal with as he provided us with all of the financial details and options.
