Right from the get go We were very impressed with the staff just walking in the door at Honda West. Jim Sarantis introduced himself and welcomed us. Right from the get go he was knowledgeable about the vehicles, calm in a way not to rush us and helped us make the decision on what size vehicle would best suit our needs. Also very accommodating to set us up for test drives the next day, make time to have our vehicle appraised for trade in. We picked up our new vehicle today and Jim took the time to go through the whole vehicle again in detail to make sure we were comfortable and then when we left he reminded us not to hesitate to give him a call should we have any further questions and we really "believe" and feel that we could. We will definitely be servicing our CRV at Honda West and referring our family and friends to Jim Sarantis at Honda West. Thanks Jim. More
