My experience with Lexus and Jillian has been extremely positive. Jillian listened to my challenges regarding my height/seat belt issues and picked cars for me to test drive which were best suited for me. positive. Jillian listened to my challenges regarding my height/seat belt issues and picked cars for me to test drive which were best suited for me. Jillian was very kind, professional, patient and efficient. I ended up choosing the 2025 UX, I love it. Jillian was also interested in hearing about my concerns with the bathroom at Lexus (black on black) for people struggling with dementia. Jillian was also very kind to bring forward a donation request for a golf tournament event I am participating in to her general manager. All in all, my experience with Jillian and Lexus has been extremely positive and I would highly recommend a Lexus car to anyone. More

Jillian is a real professional, someone who makes you comfortable because she is always PREPARED! Unlike many in the industry, if she doesn't have an answer, she doesn't fudge the data - she hunts down t comfortable because she is always PREPARED! I recently visited Lexus of London in search of a new Hybrid SUV to replace my 2018 Acura MDX Hybrid. Shortly after I started browsing the showroom, Jillian offered her assistance and we proceeded to sor Hybrid SUV to replace my 2018 Acura MDX Hybrid. Shortly after I started browsing the showroom, Jillian offered her assistance and we proceeded to sort out what my best option would be. The whole process was handled with warmth and professionalism, on the part of all staff involved. All staff I have encountered on my 4 visits to the dealership have been welcoming and projected, what has to be the dealership's corporate goal, excellent ( & verified) customer satisfaction.
