Jihad took great care of us - making sure to recognize our needs in a new vehicle, getting us the best value for our trade, and explaining all of our available options. We never felt pressured to buy something that we weren't looking for, and we ended up with the perfect car. He was also very patient with my two young children who we brought along for the experience - even though they were a bit hyper from the excitement of a new car, he made them a part of the process and even let them help install our license plates. So, I have to admit I might have been a bit of an easy sell since along with my on-line research I've been a Hyundai owner for close to 30 years and both of my previous Hyundai vehicles were both excellent cars. However, what took us from window shopping to actual shopping that day was the salesperson, Jihad Chams. Along with his professional and friendly manner Jihad's product knowledge went a long way in assuring me that Hyundai had once again made a vehicle that would meet my needs and enable me to travel comfortably and economically wherever I needed to go. I really love my new Kona and would recommend it to anyone looking for a smaller SUV to drive and if you're in need of a sales person who knows their product and will guide you through the buying process than I would definitely recommend Jihad Chams, Jmal Hijazi and the rest of the staff at Finch Hyundai. Our salesperson Jihad made the buying process very easy as well as giving us a great price for our Tuscon and an excellent trade-in value for our old suv. Clint the Business Manager did an excellent job arranging our financing and explaining all of the options. This is the second Hyundai that we have bought here, I also have a 2012 Santa Fe., and they have treated me well in the past. Due to this fact they were the first place we went to when it came to replace my wife's suv. More

Friendly, helpful sales! We came in looking to trade in our current pick up for a vehicle a little better on gas. We had done our research ahead of time and found the vehicle wanted on Finch's website. It was after regular hours so we used the online form to contact someone about the car we wanted. We were not expecting a response until Monday but Jihad reached out shortly after we hit submit. He was professional and courteous on the phone and was able to book an appointment for us around our busy schedule. When we arrived for our appointment he was ready and waiting for us with the keys to the car we wanted to test drive. Finch gave us a fair trade in valley for our truck and now we are the proud owners of a Toyota Corolla! More
