The dealership was well-staffed, well-organized and ran very smoothly on a busy holiday sale day! He greeted me with a sincere smile, listened to what I needed and wanted, found me cars within those parameters and helped me walk away with exactly what I was looking for. I never felt like I was just his next sale. He took the time to understand me and always made me feel like I was his first priority without making me feel rushed. I love my new '21 Kona. Musaab really worked hard to get me the vehicle I wanted in the specific colour I wanted. Even when hard to find, I did not feel pressured to accept something I was not 100% happy wi me the vehicle I wanted in the specific colour I wanted.
