Sales, and Service are above and beyond I've always been happy with the Golf I bought from them a few years back, Jessica and the rest of the service staff have kept it running in tip top sh I've always been happy with the Golf I bought from them a few years back, Jessica and the rest of the service staff have kept it running in tip top shape, but when the chance to get a great deal on a trade in for Tiguan came up I couldn't resist. Trevor, Adam, and Ben went above and beyond to get me the Tiguan I wanted, and great prices on both my trade in and my new (to me) Tiguan. The three of them even went the extra mile to figure out some complicated cross-border issues I'll soon be facing. It was a massive weight off my shoulders. I couldn't be happier with everyone at Maple Ridge VW. More

David was our Master Sales Consultant, and he really helped my wife and I to understand the difference Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. David was our Master Sales Consultant, and he really helped my wife and I to understand the differences between the various models and trim going so far as to line up several similar, yet different cars, to walk us through and demonstrate the differences in trim levels and options that were available. We ultimately did purchase a new car from this dealer, and David spent quite a bit of time after the deal to help us understand virtually every aspect of operating the various vehicle systems including pairing our phones with the vehicles built in communication systems. This has been the best experience we've ever had purchasing a vehicle. More
