We have always had our Golf TDI serviced by Maple Ridge VW and the service staff and mechanics have always done a perfect job of maintaining our Golf TDI. When we traded in our 2010 Golf for a 2014 Tiguan he was THE most energetic positive guy and not just because he was new to the Dealership. Rob demonstrated experienced willingness to accommodate all of our needs in our purchase. His demeanour is not for everyone as he's a take charge guy and wants to close every deal (and why wouldn't he??) but he is a hands-on guy with a tactful "no pressure" sales method. I appreciate that. He's a total car guy and it shows. I can relate. Upon a couple return service visits he 'magically' appears and checks in to see how things are. Pretty cool. Keep it up dude. You're the missing link in customer service everywhere. More
