Exceeded my expectations. I live in Texas and located the specific car I was looking for through a web search. My initial and subsequent communications were with Jerry Mancini I live in Texas and located the specific car I was looking for through a web search. My initial and subsequent communications were with Jerry Mancini both on the phone and through emails. The entire purchasing process was flawless. Jerry kept me updated daily. I flew out to the dealership and the car was all prepped and ready for me. I had such great personal service from everyone I came in contact with. Jerry, Mike in finance, Robert the New Car Manager and Dirk the Genius (he really is when it comes to BMW’s) that I wish I lived close to this dealership just to continue the great experience I had. For my next BMW I’m going to call on Westlake. It’s 1,500 miles from me but the people really make the difference and it’s worth the trip. Well maybe when it’s a little warmer. More
