Today was my 2nd visit to the service department in three days. I originally came in for an oil change and for a noise that was coming from the passenger's side. Aside from some miscommunication, which I tak days. I originally came in for an oil change and for a noise that was coming from the passenger's side. Aside from some miscommunication, which I take most of the responsibility for, and 4 new tires that I wasn't really anticipating. I am happy with service that I received. I am also very pleased with the way DIane really went above and beyond to help me out during the checkout process. She really made me feel important by making sure that I wouldn't need to pay a surcharge. Thanks Diane! More

Have been dealing with this service department for over 10 years. Always excellent. On this visit the service advisor failed to discuss with me recommended services needed and then the day after my appoi 10 years. Always excellent. On this visit the service advisor failed to discuss with me recommended services needed and then the day after my appointment was completed, I get an email entitled “we missed you”, meaning I didn’t show for my appointment. Let’s just say, the service department had a bad day and I will go back for my next appointment. Overall, not a good experience. More
