Excellent service by Jeremy. Met me at car when I pulled in for service. Explain to me what they were going to do to my car. I'm back for a 2nd time, yesterday when I left I noticed my tire on the car was veering to the right again, I called Jeremy when I got home to let him know about it. He said to come back and he would take c my tire on the car was veering to the right again, I called Jeremy when I got home to let him know about it. He said to come back and he would take care of it. So today I returned to Kia and explained to the man what was happening to my car. He said that Jeremy wasn't in yet but he would get me checked in to start on the vehicle, I was explained that I had to come from Winter Haven. He said He would compensate me with a filled up with gas. So I went to wait one more in the lobby. Jeremy came in and he explained to me that they are working on it. He explained that it was the new tire that wasn't working right, so they did a rotation of all the tires and test drive to make sure it's right this time. Jeremy checked me out and explained their wasn't a charge for it and it shouldn't be since I payed for it yesterday. He escorted to my car and opened the door. I had to mentioned to him what the other man told me this morning about the gas. The younger man asked me to get out of my car and He would go and get the gas for me and He returned and I departed. My car seems to be better than It was. Thank Regal Kia for going far & beyond to help out your loyal customers. May God Bless you!! and continue providing service to all your customers. More
