I was able to get service for my vehicle as a walk in. Good news, but IMHO, they over acted on solving the problem that I brought the car in for the first place. Every time I go, they have me sign off for services and show that vehicle cleaning is included in the services that I purchase.. but every single time my vehicle comes back in the same condition, never wip show that vehicle cleaning is included in the services that I purchase.. but every single time my vehicle comes back in the same condition, never wiped down or washed.
