Service Manager seemed to have ignored e-mail detailing issues until morning of appointment and never answered additional questions. Tech did a good job diagnosing problem. Dealership didn’t have the p issues until morning of appointment and never answered additional questions. Tech did a good job diagnosing problem. Dealership didn’t have the part, so I had to make another appointment to make the hour drive. Dealership didn’t call when the part came in. I had to call and verify part was in. Waited 3 hours for the part to be installed and calibrated for a warranty issue. More

It's a great dealership I just wish the after care with customers was a bit better . My windshield wiper blades were damaged for whatever reason when I left the lot and I brought this to the attention of t customers was a bit better . All dealerships have a bad name. They don’t want you to see what they’re doing. Ie; did they really change your oil snd filter?? They s/h cameras in the area where you car is being worked on so you can see what’s going on. Rotating tires might not be rotated. I usually put a mark on mine, just in case. More
