The service agent spoke with me about why I was there , put down a mat on the floor and plastic on the seat and away went my car to be repaired all within ten minutes . We waited in the waiting room which was very clean ( with a woman attendant constantly cleaning the room ) very impressive We had the opportunity to speak with Chris ( in sales ) to speak about a newer vehicle, he was extremely patient and helpful although we did not buy a new car at this time. More

Lacking in communication. Mis- diagnosis of issues with the vehicle. Writing I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. From the beginning, communication was poor and I felt pressured instead of helped. The staff gave inconsistent information, delays w this dealership. From the beginning, communication was poor and I felt pressured instead of helped. The staff gave inconsistent information, delays were not clearly explained, and my concerns were brushed aside rather than addressed professionally. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a frustrating experience because of the lack of transparency and customer service. I expected honesty, clear communication, and respect as a customer, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I would not recommend this dealership to others unless major improvements are made in how customers are treated and informed throughout the process. More
