The definition of customer satisfaction I've already said it on google reviews but I'll say this here too. This is the go to dealership of you have a GM car. Everyone will treat you right and you will be taken care off. No one ever tries to upsell you anything in fact evwrutime I've been here I've been greeted with very nice surprises. For example, my Cadillac infotainment screen stopped responding to touch so I asked how much the repair would be. At first I was told it will about $1400, thats a steep price I think but the next time I'm there for an oil change I'm told as a goodwill gesture the dealership will repair the screen and I will have to pay $300 and if I agree they can order the part, well that's awesome and I agree right there to pay the $300 for a new screen. Fast forward to the day of repair (which is today), after the repair is done Juan (that's the guy you want to talk to btw) tells me the screen is free and I only have to pay for labor. I've read some insanely bad experiences of people being ripped off by dealerships but I'm glad I found one that does the complete opposite and doesn't overcharge customers for anything. This is the one place I am more than happy to drive an extra 20mins and through the traffic because I absolutely love the the work ethic at Budds Oakville. I recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone who has a car made by GM. More

Shane Maginnis Shane is my go to person. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and always takes time and care when we come in. We have bought and brought all our vehicles Shane is my go to person. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and always takes time and care when we come in. We have bought and brought all our vehicles to Shane for maintenance and servicing over the years and I trust him. Our last visit with Shane regarding our GMC Acadia 2017 was 2 weeks ago. He does a great job. He always gets back to me when I have questions and always provides the best information when it comes to maintaining my vehicles Shane has always accommodated my son's schedule which is very important given that time is so limited for us to get things done. Shane gives you the feeling you are important and goes above and beyond to take care of us. He understands our family's needs. He is a pleasure to work with. His service department is always clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Your staff are the best representation of you. You can see by Shane's staff what a fantastic Service Manager is at the helm. We look forward to working with you Shane on our Yukon Denali 2018. More

Best Customer Service!!!!!!! I honestly don't know where to begin. My 2011 Chevy Cruz was giving me many different problems since January 2017, I think between January 2017 and A I honestly don't know where to begin. My 2011 Chevy Cruz was giving me many different problems since January 2017, I think between January 2017 and April 2017 I must have visited Budd's no less than 8-10 times. I honestly wanted to trade my car in because it was so frustrating and bad. My visits ranged from 30 minute visits to leaving it over night, sometimes 2 nights, to waiting 5 hours.(I was offered lunch during this long visit) I was there so often over such a short period of time everyone that saw me would say, You're back again! Prior to this I didn't have any problems. First I needed a new battery, then a new alternator. The staff where great. Then my car started to leak oil in my garage. I would take it in- nothing. It also had a burning smell. It would start to leak a few days later. I took it in again. Etc. Every time they thought they fixed it, a few days later it would smell and leak again. Finally they fixed the problem- at no charge. But then my car started leaking another type of liquid. I called Shane and he called me back after hours, from his cell phone. He asked me to send him a picture, this type of service is unheard of in this day and age. I sent him a picture- took my car in again. Long story but important. Finally everything was fixed and my car has been great ever since. They even did a free oil change during one of the times it was in the shop. The customer service I received is unexplainable. Everyone was great but whatever you're paying Shane McGinnis- triple it. He kept me sane, he kept me from tears, he didn't charge me for all these visits, he was patient, always kind, always made me feel important and through all this he always had the biggest smile. thank you Budd's but most of all Shane. I honestly think if it wasn't for Shane I would have taken my car somewhere else. More

Friendly experience! I originally picked Budds' Chevrolet because they were dealer of the year & then picked Basil Silas because of the positive feedback from his customer I originally picked Budds' Chevrolet because they were dealer of the year & then picked Basil Silas because of the positive feedback from his customers. I am pleased with my decision to choose Basil at Budds' & have also been pleasantly surprised with the great service dept. staff. This is my second new Chevy ( a Volt & now a BoltEV) and will certainly be visiting Basil again for my next purchase! More

Good Service & pleasant staff to deal with Since my husband has been diagnosed with early Dementia I have become the only driver in our household. I am a Senior Citizen (on Pension) &, like mo Since my husband has been diagnosed with early Dementia I have become the only driver in our household. I am a Senior Citizen (on Pension) &, like most women know nothing about the actual "workings" of a car, therefore, I have to rely on the report(s) given to me by the Service Dept. people at the Dealership. Today I picked up my 2009 Chev. Cobalt after repairs which needed to be done, & which had been described to me by Jim Treen. Jim was very patient in explaining to me what needed to be done & for that I am grateful......altho' my repair bill was rather high I am confident in the knowledge that the car is now "safe" to drive. Let me just say that I appreciate the time he took to put my mind at ease.....thank you Jim. Thanks too, for the 10-point inspection & fill-ups of all the fluids, most appreciated, as I have trouble even trying to open the hood!!! More
