I was given the star treatment, but I bet this is how they treat every customer! All communication was timely and everyone was courteous and went out of their way to be helpful. I have a 2004 Avalon and they treat every customer! All communication was timely and everyone was courteous and went out of their way to be helpful. We went in to fix thermostat and calibrate the wipers from replacing the wind shield. We have a warranty with a 200 deductible. But they still charged us $99.95 for looking at the wind shield sensor an from replacing the wind shield. We have a warranty with a 200 deductible. But they still charged us $99.95 for looking at the wind shield sensor and left it in pieces in the console. They told us we had to replace the whole wind shield again for the sensor to work. We will not be back. More

We’ve been customers at this dealership for at least 15 years plus , Our experience has always been excellent, no one is perfect , if we had any issues, they were resolved fairly quickly, management alway years plus , Our experience has always been excellent, no one is perfect , if we had any issues, they were resolved fairly quickly, management always listens to our concerns, and are very approachable.Service side is pleasant and professional; Our sales professional Robert Blocker is very patient friendly, always looks out for the customer first , never impatient, helps you find try and source the cars your interested in , always gives a very honest opinion about the characteristics of the vehicle your looking to test drive, never biased ; we highly recommend Robert if you are looking for an honest reliable pleasant sales professional when looking for a Toyota. There was some misunderstanding between I and the service department but we fixed the issues and I love my Norton dealership as well as my service department too. 2022 Toyota Sienna XSE hybrid brand new car and the very first time servicing with the toyota dealer service department but still paying for the oil changed fee??? What the xxxx and where the xxxx is the ca first time servicing with the toyota dealer service department but still paying for the oil changed fee??? What the xxxx and where the xxxx is the caress of Toyota company? Just four days over the service care and the service department is still asked for the fees and it’s been paying, even the Toyota care is over expired they should do some discount before using or asking the promote cards. You guys needs to move forward and making the customers proud of your services that doesn’t matter how many years the vehicle got old but the very first time servicing should be free and needs good taking care. Sad but thanks anyway. More
