I must say that the people there made us feel very comfortable and we were very well looked after. Kudos to Dan Bass, Carmen Ye, Manita Bains and their service department. The whole deal went extremely well, the truck being exceptionally clean when we went to pick it up. As to their service dept, I was very pleasantly surprised with the installation job done on the running boards after the sale. I normally do these things myself because I am very particular about properly maintaining my vehicles. I inspected the job done on the install and was 100% satisfied. Well done! And finally - would I recommend Lakewood Chevrolet? YES. Thanks to all at Lakewood - good job! More

Regular Service for Oil Change and Tire Rotation I had made my Appointment a week in advance for an Oil, Lub, Filter and Rotation of my tires. At arrival, I was told that my vehicle was second in li I had made my Appointment a week in advance for an Oil, Lub, Filter and Rotation of my tires. At arrival, I was told that my vehicle was second in line for service and that it would take about 1 1/2 hours. So I decided to wait at the dealership for this to be done. I arrived at 9:05 AM for a 9:15 AM appointment. I finally got my vehicle checked out at 12:15 PM, which is a 3 hour wait. I was a bit disappointed with that time frame, but was very happy with the work. Hopefully, next service will be better timing. More

Great experience, friendly and very knowlegable staff. Quick service as advised by James Lpgozar, my service adviser. The technicians found a few additonal maintenance items that needed to be completed, so at 0900 while I was waiting in the showroom, James suggested that I take a service loaner vehicle as the extra repairs would require more time to complete as I had a luncheon meeting at 1130 that I did not want to miss. I took the service loaner and completed all of my tasks and returned at 1500 to pick up my 2012 Chevy Cruze. James very diligently went over all of the services completed and I was very satisfied with the explanation and went on my way. Thanks very much, Gary Hains More
