Frequent visits to Auto Gallery's website showed that their prices were considerably lower that their competitors. During one visit to the website I found a low priced truck that was almost brand new, and had very low miles. I visited Auto Gallery, and was immediately approached by Andrew FRANCO. He was very laid back, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. Throughout my dealings with him I felt that there was no pressure to buy and that he would be willing to spend as much time as necessary to ensure that our experience at auto gallery was great. As I had to finance the vehicle, I had to go through the dealership's finance department. While speaking to a finance manager there was a fair amount of pressure to get the dealership's insurance. however after steadfastly declining the insurance, the rest of the meeting went very well. Overall I was very happy with my experience, and will be recommending it in the future. More

So we stopped by AutoGallery on Portage Ave., on a Saturday looking for a used truck. We saw a guy coming toward us, thinking he was also looking for a vehicle. But the guy was Steve, one of the salesman at AutoGallery. His casualness,friendliness and ability to listen to what we wanted, was so welcoming and exactly what we wanted. We had been to numerous 'dealers' and found the 'feel' there uncomfortable and phony! Steve was soooooooo...... patient with us as we hadn't purchased a vehicle since 2007 and were kinda anxious about the car buying experience. Long story short, we traded in our vehicle and bought a mint condition truck, that was within our budget!! We really can't say enough about Auto Gallery, from the first day looking, to the day of finally deciding on the truck we bought. Jaime and John in financing were awesome to work with and were sooooo accomadating.
