It was a good price did all the financial stuff and was ready to make it a done deal. Than girlfriend seen one she really wanted instead 2014 gt with a glasstop and sport shifter. They glady shifted all the financial stuff over to the newly selected vehicle no hassle which was great for me. Andrew was a great sales rep. Greeted me on the lot helped me find vehicles of my interest. Wasnt pushy like some salesman. Im sure we have all been in that position. He was very helpful with information about vehicles and great all around personality and extremely helpful and friendly. Easily the best sales rep i have dealt with. Alright so now for a little bad news after purchasing the new mustang. I found out that the stereo / sync options for the car were not working properly. I was a little mad since you would figure they would check for that kinda thing but Andrew said dont worry about anything he would handle it. I was handed to Nathan who got everything rolling. They did some research and sent me to there other shop ( just down the road so no big deal ) this didnt happen very quickly at all .They can thank Andrew's dedication to customer satisfaction for keeping me happy. I was pretty upset to the point honestly it was considered to bring the car back and be done with them. He was always helpful in finding out the progress and status of the repair. There was one hitch in fixing the stereo problem before it was officially fixed but Andrew was there with offering courtesy ride and loaner vehicle to prevent further inconvenience. A special note on Jason who is a detailer there. Excellent guy. Fixed all my picky complaints like touch ups and few maintenance things like covers and handles. All which didnt have to be done but was happy in helping. So all in all id return for the staff alone. Everything is perfect with the car now and i have andrew and Jason to thank for keeping me from having a terrible experience great job guys. Id highly recommend buying a vehicle from them. More

My dealer was amazing! Very friendly, informative and made me feel very comfortable there. Not only that, I sensed the culture of that place really great overall, observed excellent teamwork among all the staff. Very efficient and helpful. Best of all, the sale of my car was not the end of our contact. Andrew followed up with phonecalls afterward to see how i liked my car; and I even received a card in the mail for my birthday from him :) A car purchase was never this smooth and quick for me before! And it's great knowing anything I need in the future regarding my purchase there, I have friendly professional assistance just a text away! More

Great Experience For three months I was checking the prices on Dodge Rams. Frequent visits to Auto Gallery's website showed that their prices were considerably lower t For three months I was checking the prices on Dodge Rams. Frequent visits to Auto Gallery's website showed that their prices were considerably lower that their competitors. During one visit to the website I found a low priced truck that was almost brand new, and had very low miles. I visited Auto Gallery, and was immediately approached by Andrew FRANCO. He was very laid back, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. Throughout my dealings with him I felt that there was no pressure to buy and that he would be willing to spend as much time as necessary to ensure that our experience at auto gallery was great. As I had to finance the vehicle, I had to go through the dealership's finance department. While speaking to a finance manager there was a fair amount of pressure to get the dealership's insurance. however after steadfastly declining the insurance, the rest of the meeting went very well. Overall I was very happy with my experience, and will be recommending it in the future. More
