In a word, he was awesome. At no point did we feel like we were forced into a deal - rather, I feel like we could have walked away for another deal, and they all would have been good with that. The goal from the beginning was to get us in the right vehicle, not just any vehicle. They were fair with pricing, transparent with details, and followed through on promises made. They even went above and beyond fixed cosmetic damage we weren't expecting. This was the easiest vehicle purchase I have made. By far. Gilles was friendly, kind and easy-going. Anxiety free Historically, car shopping has not been my favourite pastime. In fact I usually dread the process many dealerships inflict upon the weary car shopper! Historically, car shopping has not been my favourite pastime. In fact I usually dread the process many dealerships inflict upon the weary car shopper! This time was much different. Auto Gallery did not in any way attempt to pressure sell a vehicle to me. Larry Groom listened to my concerns regarding my budget and the options I wanted or felt I needed in a pre-owned low km vehicle, but did not try to upsell to something that exceeded my needs. Harvey Brennan helped close the deal by offering a couple of generous after market add-ons. Jamie Olias explained the finance side of the deal in a professional manner that a layman like myself could easily comprehend. He did not try to push any extra costs like rust proofing, etc that many new car dealerships try impose before the deal is closed. I don't recall the name of the nice young man in the pre-delivery bay, but he not only did an excellent job in making the car look brand new inside and out, but was also more than polite. More
