I felt very comfortable and welcome. Had no problem getting help and having my questions answered. Andrew Franco was the sales representative that helped me with everything. Can't believe how much trust a dealership can have for their customers to test drive their vehicle and make them feel confident that the vehicle is almost in their possession. Truly amazing service. Jaime Olais helped us with the financing and he made things very clear and to the point hi 5 bro! I would definitely refer the Auto Gallery to anyone. Peace More

He did not mind the treats (and offered more snacks!) or the toys being brought into his office from the playroom off the main lobby. We did ask about getting a lower price than advertised for the vehicle, although we knew it was a good deal to begin with, so we weren't surprised when the answer was no. However we did get a good deal on our trade-in so we're not complaining. More

Impeccable service! This was my husband's and I, first time applying for an auto loan. We were given Jaimie Olais' name from a friend and since our first contact with him This was my husband's and I, first time applying for an auto loan. We were given Jaimie Olais' name from a friend and since our first contact with him, we have never been so pleased. Jaimie worked with us and explained the process. We are from Dryden Ontario and the service via telephone with Jaimie was bar none. We made arrangements with friends to drive up and if we couldnt make it, Jaimie offered a paid Greyhound ticket. Yesterday we came to Winnipeg and headed to Auto Gallery. We were greeted by an AMAZING team. We were introduced to everybody and the attention given to our 10 year old son was awesome. The atmosphere was welcoming and inviting. We went for a test drive with Gilles and questions we didnt think to ask, he covered. He engaged my son as well and let him be part of the process. My family and I had never encountered seamless customer service. Even the Receptionist was warm and engaging. We truly recommend Auto Gallery, the service speaks for itself. You are not a number nor a customer, you feel valued and welcomed. An experience we wont forget. More
