Above and Beyond I had just been in a bad accident and had to replace my car quickly. To top it all off it had to be a car that could be modified so that my disabled I had just been in a bad accident and had to replace my car quickly. To top it all off it had to be a car that could be modified so that my disabled son could drive it as well. The process had been difficult with other dealerships - higher pressure - some just not willing to help much. Clinton and Jamie were great to work with - allowed the rehab centre to look over the car. There was no pressure and I really sensed that they cared. They worked with me and I ended up buying the perfect vehicle for our needs. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! Thanks guys! More

I decided to give it a try, met Larry as my sales agent, saw a car and le Recently my friend suggested I go visit Auto Gallery for my next newer car. I decided to give it a try, met Larry as my sales agent, saw a car and left. No high pressure sales tactics and no persistent phone calls ensued. Larry let me decide on my own what I might want to buy. After I returned a second time, test drove some cars, again I left to THINK it over. During the test drive, Larry said, "Just go. Come back when you feel you have had a good test of the car. Don't feel you have to rush back." Again, no high pressure sales after I left. Life is busy and sometimes it takes a few days / weeks to make up one's mind. Larry called once and offered his help if I needed it and to come and test more cars if I needed to. He would have the cars ready for me to try again and so he did - true to his word. I lead a busy life and for me it was important that our meetings were on time and so they were. I never felt like my time was wasted. I was also extremely undecided between two cars and Larry was very patient with me, giving me all the time that I needed to make up my mind. Even after the paperwork was done, he patiently changed it all when I suddenly did an about turn and decided on a different car. Larry and this company score high in my books. Even tho the car I wanted to look at had yet to be clean or detailed due to the fact that it was new on the lot, the salesman couldn't apologize enough and promised that it would be spotless next time I seen it and he wasn't wrong. The financial manager, Jaime, made us feel super comfortable. He was very patient and elaborated on parts that we didn't fully understand and didn't pressure us into investing on an option that was more pricey, though it was very intriguing. He respected our decisions. I recommend coming here if you want to purchase a vehicle and you want excellent customer service. Full disclosure! I found this dealership online when I was browsing for a specific car to buy. I've had some really bad experiences with certain car dealership in Win I found this dealership online when I was browsing for a specific car to buy. I've had some really bad experiences with certain car dealership in Winnipeg that pretty much scammed us so I was very cautious at first. When I first contacted Auto Gallery about said car they sent me the CarProof report right away. Then we met with Emily to test drive the car. After the test drive Emily showed us the dealership report on the current status of the car: how new the tires were, the car battery condition, there was a scratch on the side of the car, etc. I really liked that because I didn't want to get a lemon. After meeting with Emily we met with Jaime to discuss the financing. Jaime kept making clear that their policy was full disclosure. They were always very clear and very honest about the process and the car we were trying to get. When all the paperwork was done and we got the car, they had replaced the car battery and they had fixed the scratch on the door! WOW! That tells me a lot about their commitment to their customers and how much they want to make sure that their customers happy with the purchase and that their customers are getting a quality car! I'm really happy I found this place. Looking forward to meeting them again! More
