Excellent Service: JP Longpre I have been with Capital Dodge for 15 years or so. I am particularly impressed by their Service team, headed by Ryan Rodney. In addition they have managed to do a few key repairs on the spot including brakes and keyless ignition recall. I find that the service team and mechanics know the Dodge vehicles extremely well and recommend them over the generic non-dealer service outlets. More

Fast oil change. Great customer service I went in for an oil change and was out in half an hour. It was a free oil change due to their rewards program and I was offered synthetic oil even th I went in for an oil change and was out in half an hour. It was a free oil change due to their rewards program and I was offered synthetic oil even though they weren't required to do so. I asked about booking an appointment for some other service I required and he made all the arrangements. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase anything extra, even though I did get the cabin filter changed. I have never had a bad experience with this dealership. More
