They don't care about you after the sale If I could give negative stars, I would. This was my first time buying a car, I brought a preowned vehicle. I was excited because it had a lot of new features that I've never had in a car. However, less than 2 weeks with the car and the rearview camera already broke, the screen just went black. I contacted the sales representative, Ishwar, and he told me there was nothing they could do. He didn't even offer suggestions or try to help. He hasn't even responded to the last messages that I wrote to him. I fully understand that technology fails, but it is upsetting that they sold me a car with certain features, expect you to pay for those features, and less than 2 weeks with the car, those features break and they tell me they can't do anything about it. I find it appalling that they can't even stand behind the cars that they sell to you. Once you drive off the lot, you are NOTHING to them!!!!!!!!!! NEVER BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Great Service, Competitive prices! Great Service and Competitive prices! I was looking for a new Ram and I wanted to find the best price. I called several dealerships and asked them Great Service and Competitive prices! I was looking for a new Ram and I wanted to find the best price. I called several dealerships and asked them if they could beat a price I had been given from another dealership. Team Chrysler on 777 Bancroft were the only dealership who called me back and were willing to do whatever it took to be that price! Not only were they able to beat the other guys price by $5000 or more but they included several more upgrades at no extra cost. All in all if your looking for a dealership with a sales team willing to meet or exceed your expectations than you have to at least check these guys out. Ishwar was delightful to deal with, great communication and always kept me posted with whatever was being done with the truck while I was waiting for new upgrades to be made to the vehicle and the sale to close.
