Irv approached us as soon as soon as we walked in the door. He had someone bring a vehicle in from the cold for us to take a look at and had Blayne over to us quickly helping us out. I didn't feel pressured by either of them which was nice. Made me feel very comfortable and felt they wanted to make the experience enjoyable for me. So far loving my new vehicle! Thanks Capital!!
