Imi, Josh and Lyle gave us complete attention and never rushed us through anything. The experience was pleasant and thorough. Absolutely no regrets buying a Ram Truck (our first)with you guys. We are very pleased with our purchase to date, and it's now up to Ram workmanship to show us that we selected a vehicle that will run well and perform for a long time.Further to this, Imi Merali has spent a lot of time and effort explaining the details of our vehicle with us. He was really great at evaluating my needs and things that important to me to have in the vehicle and was steering me away from options I didn’t like. As a sales person he being able to locate exact options I being looking for to single detail which is rare to have in stock unless it is a factory ordered. He also smoothly transitioned me through the whole sale until the end and I’m really grateful for that since I had some communication issues with Finance department. I also would like to thank sales people Eden Donahue and Lyle Bessette for their wonderful suggestions. Also Sheldon in Service was absolutely amazing in searching deals for rims and winter tires. I was impressed. By using Sheldon’s expertise I probably saved at least $500.00 or more and still got top of the line winter tires and rims I wanted. More
